Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is  an experience for which you may want to reserve two days.  It is one of the top attractions in Central Florida.   Disney's special attention to detail will compel you to want to spend some time in Animal Kingdom, taking in the whole experience while learning a great deal about animals and their habitat.

There are several 'Animal Adventures' attractions.  Probably the most popular attraction is the Kilimanjaro Safaris.  Be prepared for an exciting adventure that brings you closer  to animals than you have ever been before.  Children love the Affection Section where they have hands on contact with goats, sheep, pigs, chicken, llamas and more.   Other popular Animal attractions are the Maharajah Jungle Trek and the Pangani Forest Exploration Trail.

For thrill seekers look for the following rides/attractions: DINOSAUR, It's Tough to be a Bug !, Kali River Rapids, Primeval Whirl, and TriceraTop Spin.  The special effects used for It's Tough to be a Bug ! are 3-D make it one of the best in the park.   The Primeval Whirl is interesting in that it adds a 'spin'  to what would otherwise be rather mild roller coaster action.  No matter how well you poncho-up there is little you can do to stay dry when you take the Kali River Rapids - an ideal ride for cooling off.  However, beware of the The DINOSAUR adventure which is more suited for those who would be happy riding a bucking bronco.

The TREE OF LIFE in the Center of the park is a marvelous Disney construction that you will spend some time inspecting its incredible detail.
