Festival Bay at International Drive is the first center in Orlando to combine unique retail shops and entertainment establishments excluding typical department store anchors. The second phase of the property, which opened on April 3, 2003, introduces distinctive new retail and entertainment concepts to the Orlando market, including Hilo Hattie, The Store of Hawaii; Ron Jon Surf Shop; Sheplers Western Wear; Vans Skatepark; Steve & Barry's University Sportswear; and The Putting Edge, glow-in-the-dark miniature golf.

• It's a very good shopping center. I know it since it was being built. I'm a regular to the movie theater there. Also, I look forward to going to eat at Fuddruckers.
